    Crumb topping

Rated: 1 stars out of 5
Are you kidding about 4 FOUR cups of graham crackers and only 1 stick of butter? There was so much graham cracker and then... when cooled and I tried to layer the the fluff, it just stuck to it - I couldn't layer. I should have just mixed everything all together. I read the directions correctly, but it was one big mess. Where did I go wrong? Read more

    EYE APPEAL!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
If you want peoples eyes to pop out, drizzle some chocolate syrup, scatter a few chopped nuts, and about 4 marrichino... cherries (I cut them in half) around the top of this dessert. It looks like a banana split and has a "wow" effect. Read more

    A Favorite Christmas Tradition!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My family makes this dessert every year at Christmas. I happen to love the richness of the filling and since we usually only... have it at Christmas, I look forward to indulging. Beware though, the other posters are right when they say the filling is very rich and very sweet. But I love that kind of thing. I always use the prepared graham cracker pie crusts just to save time and free up my oven. I garnish with halved maraschino cherries on top of the whipped topping for garnish.Read more

    Yummy! (Altered ingrediants)

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
I made this with a few alterations. I used only 2 cups of graham crackers with 1/2 stick butter, but it would have been... better with the full 4 cups. Since I'm not sure about raw eggs (I can't take chances with any illness), I decided to go with 2 pkgs of (prepared) instant vanilla pudding instead (i.e. *No [2 sticks] butter*, *No [1 pound] sugar* & *No eggs*). I suggest letting the pineapple to drain with a strainer for 10-15 mins (And yes, dipping the bananas in the juice l kept them from turning brown). I used 4 bananas, which seemed just right. At serving time, I drizzled chocolate syrup on top for visual appeal and taste.Read more
