I used a Boston Butt, same ingredients, in a slow cooker on low for 5 hours, drained off the fat at that time and slow cooked it for another 2 hours. Excellent. I tried this a second time with the cooker on high (I was impatient and it wasn't as good - slow is better.

I marinated this Pork roast for 24 hours and cooked it last night. Both my husband and myself agree that this is the best pork roast we have ever eaten. You do not need the BBQ sauce since the flavor of the pork was so delicious. My friends and I are having a party at my house next month and we plan on serving this. I know they will enjoy it as much as we did.

This is basic pork roast. It tasted good, but I am not sure the marinade really added anything -- pork loin roasted to this temperature is delicious no matter what. I would make again, but make sure to get the very top quality barbeque sauce (or better yet, make your own, because that's really all that makes it.

After marinading over night I cooked the pork roast on the grill. A 3 lb. roast took only 1 1/2 hours. Less time than I thought it would. Reheated it when we were ready and it was still juicy.

I used some pork country ribs and they were delicious. My 7 year old of course chimes in... "Are these Paula's?" (We watch her show too much I think:
