Made this recipe in a slow cooker using the marinade for the liquid. The meat turned out very juicy and tender. After it cooled down, I cut it into 1/2 inch slices and froze the leftover slices individually. We tried the barbecue sauce with the pork, but liked it best topped with sour krout (sprayed a skillet with oil, placed the pork slices in the skillet and then topped it with sour Krout - did not need any additional spices!. This turned out to be a very versatle main entree.

The meat was super tender, but for all of the ingrediants used, you could get the same if not better flavor with any store bought BBQ sauce. My family wasn't impressed.

I made thgis for the first time tonight! I let it marinade for 24
hours & I didn't have any celery seed so I used fresh rosmary from my dad's garden instead!!!
The family loved it with the roasted Red potatoes to go with it!!!
I will defiantly make it again in the near future!!

I tried this recipe one Sunday for a family get together. Everyone just went crazy over the pork. Now every time we are having a Sunday supper I am elected to make this dish. It is simply great and so easy to make. Five stars isn't enough.

I used this recipe on Boneless Pork grilling ribs. I did the marinade and let it set for about 4 hours. My husband seared the ribs right over the coals then moved to the smoking side till done. He used a mixture of Mesquite and Hickory wood for the smoking. We really enjoyed.

This was a real family pleaser. I roasted this on the BBQ grill and it cooked evenly. I never had pork loins come out this tender. Not only was it simple to prepare, the next day you can use leftovers to make sandwiches.
