This was incredibly simple to make but definitely did not have a simple taste. I had a bunch of friends over for dinner and the whole roast went. It was very tasty. We cooked it on the BBQ instead of in the oven and it cooked a little faster but still remained juicy, tasty and tender. I made a second batch of marinade to set on the table for anyone to pour over their meat. Thank you! This went over really well!

This marinade was fantastic - and much different than anything I have tasted before.
I did things a little differently. After marinating the meat, I braised it in the marinade for an hour in the oven and then proceeded as directed with the remaining cooking time. There was quite a bit of the marinade left so I saved it for another time in the freezer.

The marinade was sooo good. I was out of worcestershire sauce so i used A1 steak sauce instead. It was awesome. I only marinated for 4 hours and will do it longer next time. Its summer so i cooked it on the grill-and it was fantastic!!!!!
