I have been looking for a great recipe and have found it! Just be sure to cook the minimum 2 hours or longer!

I was a little worried at first when I made this. My husband doesn't like any kind of sweet sauce. Both my son and husband loved this dish. My husband said the sauce was perfect. These ribs
    are delicious.

This recipe is a keeper! Great flavor. I can't believe I made this great tasting sauce. I used country-style pork ribs. They had very little fat so I just added a little veg. oil. I browned the ribs and then transfered them to the crock-pot. Next time I will double the amount of sauce. Very tender and very good!

My mother-in-law loved these ribs. I had a big party and used the same ingredients, except instead of searing it, I put it in the slow cooker( with double the amount of ribs an dingredients on low for like 5 hrs or more. It was a hit!! Thank you Paula

This is a very easy, tasty dish that my family and I love. I couldn't believe how easy it was and how tasty it came out.

The sauce was excellent. I added garlic with the onions. Also had to brown some bacon as ribs were lean. I cooked for 2 hours and the meat was really tough and chewy. This is the second time I've made short ribs [different recipes] and they are really not tender at all. What am I doing wrong??

    Succulent, fabulous.

I did double the sauce, add 1/2 TBS minced garlic and use 3 lbs of ribs because of the suggestions in previous reviews.

    This is a keeper!!

Easy and quick short ribs but still yummy! I recommend to double the sauce recipe.
