I followed the recipe very well; however, my meatloaf comes up to be under cook. Also, I thought that this recipe has to much onion, and the sauce was tasting disgusting. waist of my time and groceries! Sorry do not try to be mean.

Very good. Apparently you cant' mess it up because I added all the ingredients all at once (no water and baked for 1hr...then turned it up for 15min to 425- basting the top with BBQ and Ketchup mixed together. Perfect!

It's the sauce that makes this recipe.. I dded fresh bread crumbs and onions.. that sauce is amazing.. It actually seeps into the meatloaf and flavors.. no matter what version of meatloaf is, add this sauce, it takes it to another level.

Very tasty! I am not a huge meatloaf lover, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try as I needed something different to cook. The meatloaf was very moist and the sauce tangy and delicious. I would make this again in a heartbeat!

My husband requested meatloaf for dinner but didn't want a traditional meatloaf. I decided upon this recipe because of the rave reviews. I really wasn't looking forward to eating meatloaf. I threw the ingredients into the bowl of my Kitchenaid stand mixer and let it do the work which made it SO EASY! Instead of adding half a cup of tomato sauce to the meat mixture, I used half a cup of ketchup. I didn't need to add any water to the sauce. I wanted to add garlic but forgot in my rush to get the meatloaf into the oven. I only basted it once--halfway through cooking. I have to say that I wasn't very fond of the smell emanating from my oven but my husband thought it smelled good. I hesitantly put the first bite in my mouth and, wow, REALLY GOOD!! I couldn't believe how much I actually enjoyed it. Next time, I might do like other reviewers and sautee onion and garlic, let it cool, then add it to the meat. Maybe stuff it with some mozzarella and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top....YUM!!

I absolutely hate meatloaf, but I love to cook so when I was trying to come up with something that my children would eat on a budget I came across this meatloaf recipe. It has only been 6 days since the first time that we used this recipe and I am already making it again! I LOVE it! I still dislike meatloaf, but this one is bursting with flavor and isn't too dry, so I guess that made all the difference for me.

I absolutely love this recipe! I usually add sauteed garlic and onions to the meat for flavor...but must say this recipe is a keeper and has changed how my family and I make meat loaf for the better.

I've made this several times now and always get delicious results. I have always used dry bread crumbs and add about 1/4 cup of parmesan to it. LOVE IT!
