Good Bye dried up, brunt and tasteless meatloaf. And Hello to Ms. Paula's Scrumptious, Moist and Juicy BBQ Masterpiece Loaf.
The Sauce for this recipe is just devine. A MUST TRY !!
I laddled the sauce on the plate, placed the meat loaf on top and served with baked sweet potato and sauteed green beans in olive oil and serrano ham.

I've been using this recipe for 35 years! My whole family loves it and my daughter-in-law asks me to make it when I visit! Glad to see it here so others can enjoy it also.

this was a delicious meatloaf. very moist and flavorful. i had some frozen pork sausage i needed to use and it even boosted the flavor more. after a day or so i had a bit left over so i cut it into chunks and made it in to spaghetti and meatloaf-balls. DELICIOUS. TWO MEALS IN ONE! YUMMMMMM.
