This was so amazing! I am not a huge red meat person, but my in-laws and parents were coming over for dinner...there wasn't a crumb left! I loved it too! Doubled the sauce and cooked 2lbs. for about 1hr 45min. I was not soggy at all!

Made this meatloaf tonight and by far is the best one yet! I added yellow bell pepper, carrot and emeril essence to it and it was awesome! Used store bought bbq only because I had it. YUMMY

Ok, I NEVER write reviews, but this one is absolutely necessary!! I made this for my family of 4 boys last night and every single one of them LOVED it! Including Mommy! ; I usually don't make or like meatloaf because it usually seems bland to me, but this one is so flavorful I even went back for seconds! The only changes I made were that I didn't have tomato sauce, so I used ketchup instead, I didn't add any water to the sauce and I also didn't have any dijon mustard, so I put just a squirt of regular mustard in the sauce. I used closer to 2 lbs of ground beef since I have a bunch of boys to feed and I also added garlic to the meat mixture. I went back every 15 mins to baste as the recipe said, but I didn't really need to since I omitted the water the sauce was thick enough to hold on to the meatloaf. This recipe is definitely a keeper and I will add this one in to my rotation! I can't wait to try it on a sandwich today! Delish!!! Thanks, Paula!!! =

This is one of the best meatloaf recipe I have ever had. I used Panko bread crumbs instead of fresh and It was perfect. Will recommend this one to try. YUM!

I chose this recipe for meatloaf based on the ingredients list (fewer items of which I had most in my pantry & was a little apprehensive about the sauce. But as it turned out, the sauce MAKES this recipe! Next time, I'm adding a little more sauce so there's extra sauce for everyone's helping! I also added some items that I like (a little garlic & chopped mushrooms. I sauteed the onions before mixing it with the meat so they wouldn't be so crunchy (I have an onion-hater in the family. This recipe is definitely a KEEPER & I'd feel inclined to add other items to the mix depending on my mood! :
