Made Pizza Pinwheels with this tonight. Made 15 about 1 1/2 tall and 5 inches across and there are only 5 left to put away. also made a 10x 8 inch cheesy garlic bread too. Husband loved it all... used Sicilian style sausage, bell peppers, onions and pepperoni with mozzarella cheese as filling but instead of baking flat i roll it up and slice it about 1 1/2 to 2 inches each and then placing on parchment paper on a baking sheet and pressing down lightly. Bake about 15-18 minutes and serve with marinara sauce for dipping. This was the perfect dough for these as it was slightly denser and chewy. Loved it Paula thanks for the recipe.

Delicious just a more dense dough than I was wanting at the time. Out of the different pizza dough recipes I've tried, Emeril's makes the lightest crust. This is definitely worth trying though. Very easy to make. I find with food processor doughs its easiest to start the dough in the food processor and then transition the dough to a large bowl once it starts to form a more solid ball - then in small batches combine the rest of the flour with the dough by kneading it - just enough flour to make the dough more formed but still sticky. Also I brushed the crust with olive oil - turned out very pretty. I did have to brush it again right before serving for the sheen.

This is the best pizza crust recipe I have found. I have been trying different crusts for a while and was so excited to find this easy and delicious recipe. I wish I could show you all a picture of how amazingly delicious this looked when I pulled it out of the oven.

This was a great recipe. The dough came out well and tasty and rose well. I will keep this for my pizza recipes in the future.

This is an excellent recipe for pizza dough. I have adjusted the measurements a bit so that it will work well in my bread machine and still make two pizza's. Reliable and fun to make.

This was absolutely great, was my first time making pizza dough and it came out wonderful. In used all-purpose flour since I didn't have any bread flour, along with adding a little bit of honey and garlic powder. Its was so good
