I have never made turkey burgers before and by request of the bride was asked to make sliders of some sort for a bridal shower. I wanted something to impress and boy did I, these were a HUGE hit and I have had to share the recipe with the guests and bride. Very moist, quick and the sauce, a new staple in fridge for spicing up deli sandwiches! Simply delicious a great shower menu item!

Fabulous! Not dry at all. I used dried basil and can't wait to try them again with fresh. WOW!!

These were really awesome!! I used ground chicken and they cooked up great. The red pepper mayo is a must with these sliders!

Yum! I made them as full-sized burgers, and they were delicious! The mayo kept the ground turkey very moist and juicy. I put them on homemade paleo herb buns and will use a plain bun next time as the basil and red pepper flavors got a bit lost.
