This was an amazing dish! The whole house smelled great and the pork was so delicious. I don't like apple juice, but this was terrific! I did use 1 tbls of liquid smoke as other reviewers did and it was perfect. This is the first recipe I've tried of Paula's. (I watch my figure, so I can't eat all that butter and cheese. But now I know why people salivate at her recipes. She is an amazing cook! This was good without the cole slaw too!

    Thanks Paula!

Great recipe and it feeds a crowd. I threw it in my slow cooker all day.

This recipe couldn't have been any easier! I have made this pork sandwich at least 6 times in the last several weeks and each time my family raves. We also use the Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. I let the pork marinate in the dry rub for at least 10-12 hours overnight - comes out perfect every time. This is a winner Paula, like so many of your other recipes!!

I've been hungry for BBQ pork, saw this on the telly yesteday and fixed it today. Absolute delish--made the coleslaw yumm--My husband said what smells so good--finished it off in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Will definitely make again.

I don't eat meat but I am constantly on the lookout for recipes my husband enjoys and he loved this one and it was easy to make. I didn't change a thing except for putting the garlic in the rub instead of in the apple juice.

This has become a favorite Sunday BBQ for our family, and friends! Easy to prepare and well worth the cooking time, delicious and we love it with angel hair coleslaw. Always the perfect flavor, thanks for another fantastic recipe Paula!

I used the slow cooker for this recipe and my family loved it! I omit the liquid smoke and still find the flavor absolutely delicious. As alway, Paula's recipes are fun, easy and very wonderful tasting.
