OMG this was fabulous. I followed the direction exactly and would not change a thing. This is my first time making pulled pork but it won't be the last. I did thicken the sauce a little but did not need BBQ sauce. The family is still talking about how good it was. A real keeper.

AWESOME!
This is a fantastic easy change up for little league snack bars everywhere!
Hamburgers, hotdogs and nachos are good, but sales suffer over the season.
Make 10 lbs of this and sell them for 3-4 bucks each and get use to bringing in some fundraising cash for the kids and even umpires that volunteer...WHOLLY SMOKE!
Thanks Ms Deen,
We love you!

I've made this a few times in the dutch oven and loved it! I tried it in a crock pot on low for 8 hours while I was gone and it turned out even better than the dutch oven!
I even tried the leftovers in breakfast burritos! Very tasty!!!

I made this last weekend and just let it sit overnight with the marinade. In the morning I placed it in my crockpot and let it cook all day on low until it was just falling off the bone!!! My husband and kids (and I as well usually do not like eating leftovers the next day, but with this we couldn't get enough!!! We ate this for lunch and dinner almost 3 days in a row (first two days as sandwiches, 3rd day as pulled pork tacos! We made deviled eggs to go along with, not your typical side but it was delicious! One thing I would say is to cut down on the apple cider just a bit as it may overpower the meat (although if you cook it all day like I did, it cooks out that strong flavor. Aside from that it was so delicious!! We couldn't get enough and are making it again today, can't wait till it's done!

My husband LOVED this recipe, although the rub was a bit hot for me. However, when doused with bbq sauce, it mellows it out just fine. SUPER tasty and SUPER easy! Will definitely be making it again!

Very good sandwich. Next time my only change will be to cut the cayenne in half and use a little less black pepper. Even my spice loving husband noticed the "kick" in the rub. We used a sweet bbq sauce to counteract the heat and it turned out very tasty. Very easy too. You will end up with a lot of meat so invite some friends over or be prepared for leftovers all week.

I’m pretty sure this barbeque pulled pork marks the best thing I have ever made in a crockpot. Or maybe the best thing I have ever made, period? Thank you Paula Deen, thank you. I thought that three parts Sweet Baby Ray’s mixed with one part Open Pit made the perfect sweet and savory sauce.

You did it again, Paula! Ever since I tried your pot roast recipe, I have tried 6 others and they were all WOW. This was sooooo good. I was afraid of the vinegar per other reviewers, but it was fine. Best pulled pork ever!!

I made this last night for my family. It was wonderful!!I only had a 2 pound boneless roast so I reduced the liquids. When I went to tear it apart,it just fell apart with no effort involved. This recipe was so easy. The flavor was outstanding. My husband ate his with BBQ sauce.I ate mine with no sauce at all.I tried his sandwich and it seemed like the BBq sauce covered up the great taste of the meat.I will be using this recipe over and over.Thank you Paula!!Delicious!!
