It was great! To the person who used the entire house seasoning on one dinner. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING! Of course the salt would blow your head off. Paula said to sprinkle some on, not use the entire amount!

YOU DON'T USE ALL OF THE SALT! To everyone who gave a 1 star review because it's too salty, you don't use a whole cup of salt!!! That is how you make the house seasoning, and if you read the recipe, it says to SPRINKLE the meat with the house seasoning, not use all of it. They give you enough to save it and use it for other things.

So simple. I work full time and always looking for something easy to make. Family liked it and they are picky eaters.

I thought this is one of the better recipes for this dish ever. The flavors were great! I may have been a little more generous with the flour, we didn't find it runny at all. Will definitely keep this in my go to file!

I followed the recipe exactly, and for our family, we thought that it was very runny for beef stroganoff. I'm used to more of a gravy-like consistency. The taste and flavor were just okay since something was lacking, maybe I should have added some Worcestershire sauce or fresh garlic to step it up a notch. Next time I wouldn't use as much broth and kick up the flour. As it is, I actually added a heaping tablespoon of flour to the meat and vegetable mixture before adding the liquids.

I'm not sure how a recipe could be so simple yet so mouthwatering!!! The flavors are extraordinary and this is a super simple dinner to make for the family/friends/etc. You go paula deen!
Oh yeah, don't be retarded with the spices. In all honestly there is no need to make a whole portion of the seasonings; if you own salt, pepper and garlic powder just sprinkle it onto the meat

We love this recipe. Next time I will try it with ground beef or without any meat and just double the mushrooms.
