    Really good! I love this recipe and have made it many times, the last time I served it over mashed potatoes instead of the noodles just to change things up a bit.

    Made this 4 or 5 times now. Very easy and yummy! If you want to control the amount of salt though, I would recommend using low sodium beef broth. Also, I added 3 or 4 dashes of worcestershire sauce and a few shakes of paprika. After taking the meat out, and adding the onion and mushrooms, I added a clove of minced garlic too - adds flavor without too much salt. Love it! Thanx Paula!
