    GREAT flavor! Although, will admit, didn't measure the "House Seasoning", but used about the same proportions when adding directly to the meat....One thing we didn't like was the gravy was a bit runny....hoping the leftovers won't be as I saved it mixed with the leftover noodles... Also, beef a little tough....next time will cut the strips thinner.

    EVERY THING WAS VERY GOOD! JUST A NOTE ADD A LIL OIL TO NOODLES SO THEY WILL NOT BE SO STICKY...= I doubled up for I had a roast and chopped the beef in cubes, also used macaroni noodles instead , using what was available to me. It was hit the family loved it, thanks Paula!

    It's a good base Beef Stroganoff recipe to start. If you make it exactly per the recipe then it could be bland to some. I added Worchestershire Sauce to give a more hearty and robust flavor. I don't measure things out but cook to taste; however, I would guess that I added 3 Tbsp.

    loved it...so did ray!
    I added extra pepper and it was delicious......no idea how many calories but tonight was all about comfort food!

    i plan on making this tonite,this recipe didnt ask for all the house seasoning its common knowledge she gave the house seasoning that much so you can store it aand use it for all other of ur cooking,those of you who had problem with it,it's ur fault not hers its pretty clear

    Good recipe. I will definitely add the salt to taste as recommended. Thought I could get away without using salt, but it was a little bland. Also, I will increase the amount of flour instead of just 1 tsp. The sauce was a little runny for me. Will make this again.
