I tried this recipe but used lump crab meat in place of the oysters. It was fantastic!!! Great for a small dinner party or just when you feel like treating yourself to something really special. Red wine goes great with this entree. "7 Deadly Zins" is one of my favorites...

Amy...I had this episode taped on my pvr so I went back to look for that drink for you. Paula said that she made those chocolate shakes using crused ice, sugar, ice cream, milk, and chocolate syrup. There were no amounts given but I think you can do those ingredients to taste. For the kids she topped the drinks with a dollop of whipped cream and another squirt of chocolate. For the adults she topped the drinks with a bit of coffee liquer. Hope this helps!

Paula made a terrific looking "dessert" drink on her surf and turf episode. But I can't find the recipe anywhere! Does anyone know what was in it? I cannot remember, only that it was topped off with whipped cream and served in small juice type glasses. Does anyone know? Thanks for your help!

Best meal I've ever made. With a great cut of meat, this is as good or better than anything I've eaten at any of the top restaurants in Paris, Florence, New York or Boston.

Another great recipe. The oyster pate was easy to prepare and was the perfect addition for this superb dish.
