The recipe for the house seasoning will make 1 1/2 cups, but only use the house seasoning as a rub on the chicken.

Anonymous, you mix the ingredients for the House Seasoning together and that equals a cup and a half. THEN you use the desired amount you want to season the chicken. It may be a teaspoon more or less. Save the extra House Seasoning for a future recipe.

You gotta love Paula!!! This recipe turned out really GOOD. My Husband and I are self proclaimed "Foodies". I was a little aprehensive on using a beer on the grill but it really does give the chicken flavor. The chicken was really juicy! Definitely worth a try!!
