    What an easy recipe! I saw the episode while recovering from surcgery. I am not one to fry food, but decided to surprise my family. They loved it and wasnted to know the secret ingredients!

    Paula you make the best chicken ever. I tried all of your chicken recipes and I'm waiting for some more. Bert's Southern Fried Chicken is my all time favorite.

    This recipe is really good. The ingredients would also work well with pork chops!!!

    The Chicken was overly salty, but that was my fault. I too encountered the flour burning before the chicken was done. Perhaps a slightly lower temp correction is all that's needed here. All in all, this is a good recipe.

    I think I am just fried chicken impaired. I had to put them in the oven to finish. I think I need chicken 9-1-1.
