    This was extremely easy. I had heard raves about it from others. I guess I might have had high expectations because frankly, just salting the chicken before frying tasts better to me.

    This is the best chicken ever. I have made fried chicken several times and this is absolutely the best.
    My dear husband could'nt get enough. And the cold chicken the next day was just as good.

    Light, crispy and flavorful.

    Old-fashioned great tasting homemade fried chicken. You can't ask for more! Easy to prepare just watch that the oil doesn't boil over!

    This was wonderful! it tasted just like Popeyes! We had a take out, dine in night and also ate it with Paula's red beans! Try it it's yummy!!!
