    They say that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach...I have proof! This was the first meal I ever cooked for my boyfriend and he even told his mother (who is an amazing cook! that my recipe beat her's...don't worry, I shared the recipe. Well, needless to say this is mine and his favorite fried chicken recipe ever! It tastes just like my grandmother's!

    This was my first time frying chicken and it turned out great! The chicken was crispy, moist, and delicious. I also thank Paula for the tips such as frying the dark meat before the white because it takes longer to took. I never knew that!! Thanks Paula ;

    Saw Paula do this yesterday and thought it looked sooooo good I had to fix it for my husband tonight. (And he's been raving about my fried chicken for years. But after he ate about a 2 pound piece of this he said "I wish I was 2 people so I could have another piece"" I knew this was good! Not something for every night of the week but what a great Sunday dinner once a month kind of thing. Can't wait to make it again! A keeper!
