    If you take the flour and put it in a bowl it works better then the bag you get better coating. other wise very good recipe

    This is a good basic chicken recipe....but you need to add some flavor to it with a seasoned salt,a little garlic powder, pepper, etc. It looked like it would need something and so the spices do the trick. Pick your favorite.

    I use this recipe all the time now, also wonderful for chicken tenders & nuggets. My hubby loves when he sees me pulling out the cast iron skillet because he knows what will soon be frying up in it!
