I thought that the doughnuts would have made it fantastic, but it just added a bit more sugar to a standard bread pudding. I added even more milk because of the previous reviews of it being dry, and it still turned out dry. I believe the cook time is way too long.

This by far had to be the best bread pudding I had ever eaten. Very rich so you can't each much at a time but
    mm mm good!

I did the math! It is 858 calories and 36 grams of fat per serving :( I don't care how good it is, no bread pudding is worth 858 calories!!

Im am a fan of SWEETS and this recipe FULLY took care of my craving. The recipe was very easy to make and when altered a little bit, by adding pineapple, like mamma use to do.

This recipe was surprisingly delicious. I halved the recipe as there is only my husband and myself. I used Rum Extract and it worked as well as the Rum alcohol. I will make this for my Father's Day gathering and many other occasions. It is simply wonderful with the donuts and it is an addition to my recipe box.

This was very easy to make...but I think the next time I make it, instead of just stirring all the ingredients together...I'll git down and dirty and mash everything with my hands...but yall, this is good stuff...

I am the cook for our little town school(24kids. I had a bag of pre-made donuts and I made this recipe with them I also had no eggs but none the less the kids loved them. They like the fruit in them too. Thanks

I went looking for the receipe after a friend told me about seeing it on tv, made it for dessert at Easter for 2 different dinners and had no leftovers at either one. Everyone loved it. The 2 fussiest people about dessert or other people's cooking,my mother-in-law and my daughter were both in love with this dish. Thank you for making me a hit.
