Sauteed these in 1 tbsp oil and 1tbsp butter mixture, served on an English Muffin with crispy bacon. Served with homemade french fries and mixed salad greens, simple and you could sell the plate! Delicious.

The buger was very good. I cooked it in a grill pan the first time and was very good. The second time I cooked it on the grill and the cheese oozed out and i wasn't happy. Next time I I might mix the cheese and meat together.

This was a good burger but they took forever to cook, I think placing the chilled butter/blue cheese mixture in the middle of it made it take longer to cook in the middle. Not only that but as they were cooking all the cheese oozed out all over my grill. Next time, I will actually mix the blue cheese into the ground beef before grilling so that the cheese is throughout the meat. Even after grilling them for 30 minutes they were still pink in the middle.

This burger was very tasty, but almost too rich for me. My husband loved it and ate two of the four. Luckily, most of the butter melted out during cooking. It is a delicious burger nevertheless and worth trying. Just do not add any salt to the meat. The blue cheese has plenty and then some.

I used 1lb of ground beef and an egg to bind the beef better. It worked better than not using a binding agent other than a few drops of cheese getting out the burgers were great, my fiance liked them too.

Yes, These burgers are a keeper. Very, Very Jucy. I read the reviews before I cooked them myself, as I was worried about the blue cheese melting out. I cooked mine in my "NuWave" Infrared oven for about 15 mins on each side (they were thick & they were cooked perfect. I like my burgers cooked done (no red.
