    We thought the recipe was awesome...except the blue cheese just stays in the center and is not evenly distributed. Other than that, it was a big hit! YUMMY! We have made them many times and now have over eaten burgers...uhoh!! : It is a must try recipe!

    great tasting burger... even can work on stove-top if you are grill-less (although the grill is the better option if you have it... make sure you save extra blue-cheese for sprinkling on top for when some of it leaks out your burger

    The black and blue burger was out standing. I used half beef and half ground turkey. The people that did not like blue cheese even enjoyed this recipe. Another form Puala

    I cooked on the grill and on the stove' in teflon pand. easy and enjoyed by every one. I used to celebrate a friends birthday. Make sure you have good quality of meat.
