I've tried many of Paula Deen's recipes and this was terrible.

Paula's dishes are usually pretty good, but I have to agree with a previous reviewer----waaaaay tooooooo much thyme! It overpowered the fish 100%. It smells good when cooking, but you might as well take a big spoon full of thyme and ditch the fish! Sorry Paula!

My husband does not like fish and he liked this recipe. Another excellent showing from Paula.

This is one of the best fish recipes I have ever tried! I just used a cajun blackening rub instead of all the other spices, and put it on an onion roll, and it was amazing. I've never made a Paula recipe I didn't love, she always comes through.

I saw this on TV & couldn't get it out of my mind. It was as good as I thought it would be. I made it for a girl friend and she also loved it.

This is my first time trying a Paula Deen recipe, and it was really good! The mayo adds a nice kick to the fish. Definitely will try this recipe again! =

I tried the Talapia tonight, and thought it was good, but the Thyme was a little over powering for me. Next time I won't put as much of that in there, or perhaps I will substitute something else, such as a cajun seasoning. The mayo is excellent...who would have thought something that simple is so good and refreshing! I couldn't find any good mangos so couldn't try that part of the recipe yet.

Wow! I can't believe how good the mayonnaise went with the seasonings on the tilapia. The contrast in cool/spicy is what makes this recipe so spectacular. I will be making this on a regular basis.
