Loved this recipe. It was easy to make. I used a grill pan and sprayed it so the fish would not stick. The seasoning is not overwellingly hot and spicy. My family loved it as did my 15 year old daughter. I did not use the mango salsa as I thought it was too much. The celantro mayo is wonderfuly with the fish. If someone is not a fish person, I bet this would make a great chicken dish also. The fish would also be great alone with a salad.
