I LOVED the tangy taste. It goes great with the tilapia.

This was very good. I added a little too much of the Blackened Seasoning but the mayo and the addition of the Mango Salsa made this a fantastic sandwich.

To make this great recipe even easier, I purchased a bottle of Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic. Great flavor, great results!

I was so anxious to make this recipe that I ran out and bought a 12" cast iron skillet that day. The pan is a must. I used my burner outside to cook it. The smoke would be too much for the house. This is the PERFECT blackening recipe. YUM. The mayo was a must to add the coolness. Great with tomato and lettuce.

I had seen this on the show the same day I made it for my family. THey loved it!!! This is one of the easiest recipes to make, and it tastes great too!!! The combitnation of the spicy and the sweet from the salsa are a great pair:

My fish peices were smaller so I should have only cooked them for 3 on one side and two in the other, needed more salt. Very user friendly reciepe though.

The tilapia alone has bold and tasty flavor.

I love this sandwich, the fish is also great by itself. I made it for dinner one night and my husband made me promise to put it on my top list of dinner recipes. Great for a summer night!

I've tried many of Paula Deen's recipes and this was terrible.
