My family loved this dish. I thought it might be too spicy for my taste, but it was just full of flavor. Loved the mango salsa and the lime/cilantro mayonaise. Leftover salsa is great with chips! Paula created another winner with this.

i especially like the cilantro lime mayo. I made this as a taco instead and it turned out great.

I believe this is the same sandwitch I had in the restaurant "Lady and Sons", which by the way if any of you have not been to Paula's restaurant in Savannah, you have no idea what you are missing. This is the same recipe as the other listed of the same name. However, this one also has the recipe for Mango Salsa. Anywho...everything was absolutely DELICIOUS!! It was very easy to make and I will definitely be making these again. I forgot to add the jalapenos to the salsa, but I still found they had quite enough spice to them (I hate spicy foods. Also, I could easily have gone for a bit less cilantro, still super yummy though.
