You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 (46-ounce) can vegetable juice (recommended: V8)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 4 shakes hot sauce
  • Ice cubes
  • 10 celery sticks, for garnish

Directions

Pour the juice into a large pitcher. Add the pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vodka, celery seed, and hot sauce. Stir well. Pour into jars with lids for traveling. Serve over ice with celery sticks as stirrers.

    This is an outstanding recipe for bloody marys. I mix it up in an mty bodka bottle, and personally I think that the vegetable juice is just as good if not better if you do not like a thick drink, if you want it a little hotter mix it with the v8 hot and spicy. I liked it but was not overly zealous about it. Enjoy

    This is exactly the recipe I have used for Bloody Mary's, except I have made one change. Instead of a stalk of celery, inserted in the drink when it is done, I insert a Pickle in the drink. Yummy!
