I am not big on sweets but when I made these for my family and they raved on and on about them, I had to try them. I was so impressed with the light and fluffy texture and not to sweet flavor. These will stay in my family recipe book for ever.

I haven't made this recipe yet but I use Splenda in dessert recipes as my husband is a diabetic. I usually cut the sugar measurement in half (using SpendaI plan to use apples that I cook in homemade aplesause with a dash of cinnamon and "oh,My a tablespoon of BUTTER!"

OH MY WORD! These are absolutely scrumptious! They taste like you have slaved in the kitchen. I haven't had anyone be able to resist them! I didn't tweak a thing....they are perfect as they are. Betcha can't eat just one!

It's too sweet for me. If you grew up in America and grew up eating American food, you might like it. But for those few readers who are not completely used to American desserts, be warned! I would advise using much less sugar for a less heavy taste. It will also let the taste of the cheese and eggs show through more.

I made these for the first time for a bake sale at work. Had to go home and make more for the next day everyone of them sold. My family and friends think they are the best. I make them in different flavor toppings..cherry, strawberry and blueberry which is my daughter Kimmie's favorite.
