These were really good and could not have been any simpler to make. I used cherry pie filling, since that is what I had on hand, but next time will definitely try the blueberry. Great simple quick dessert, and perfect for when you have a craving for cheesecake but don't want to make an entire cake.

This recipe was great! Easy and quick to make, not too sweet, nice appearance also. I made this for a dinner with friends and they went quickly! I had to promise to make another batch tomorrow! These would also be great with cherry pie filling also.

These tarts were a hit with my lunch club pals! They were really easy to make and not time consuming at all. Such a versatile recipe, I plan on making many varieties in the future. Thanks Paula!!

Excellent recipe for either an elegant get-together or casual as a picnic. I made these to serve at a summer garden tea and they were a huge hit. My granddaughter and I are big fans, Paula and I am under the impression that people who are the first to cast stones are usually very defensive and the most guilty themselves!!! Keep up the good work.

I made these and they were a hit! Very easy to make and you can top them so many ways. I had cherry, strawberry, and even made a little chocolate ganash to choose from. Everyone loved them! ( the chocolate topping was the most requested
