Good, nice light lime flavor. First time I baked fish in my cast iron skillet, so much better than a glass baking dish!

Literally just got done with this recipe! Loved it.. I needed something quick to do cause I procrastinated a paper and this fit the bill perfectly. It was delicious and if you follow the tips from other reviews about preheating a glass pan everything works out very well. On a side note, if the flavor isn't enough for you I found that mixing soy sauce and lime juice in a sauce cup as a dipping sauce worked phenomenally.

Great recipe!!! I baked the fish on a flat cooking sheet and it came out not too fishy. Will defiantly be cooking that again.

I'm terrible at making fish. Not only was this easy, my picky 11 yr old and I loved it! I used others' suggestions about a preheated glass pan, and it was great. Can't wait to make it again!

Made this for my hubby today. I only had two filets and lemons. I used the juice of an entire lemon, California lemon peel, butter, black pepper, Himalayan Sea Salt and Adobo (without pepper. They cooked in exactly 12 minutes in my "slow" or "cool" oven at 400F, but I think the cast iron pan facilitated that process. Hubby liked it and it wasn't too lemony for him. A quick, simple recipe for a simple fish.

i didn't have a cast iron pan so i read other reviews and saw that a preheate glass dish would work just as good and it did! i also used lemon instead of lime and it was delicious. Baked some baby carrots with it too. yummy!

Excellent recipe!! This was my 1st time eating "Baked Fish" of any kind. I always thought the texture would be horrible & the flavor would be bland....Man, was I WRONG lol! The fish was extremely flavorful & the texture was perfect. This is recipe will be placed in my box of favorites.

This is a quick and tasty recipe. I love it. I did substitute lemon for lime in the recipe and garlic powder for salt.

" This is the most delishious fish you've ever made" were the exact words from my husband. I made Bobby Flay's Lemon Butter & Capers with Orzo. The only thing I added , was Old Bay Seasoning to one side of the fish, baked it at 375 for 8 mins.added a pat of the lemon butter to each fillet when it came out of the oven.Served it with the orzo and fresh green beans.DELISH! Will defenitly make again! Great for lent.
