I am making this for about the 15th time tonight : I am never disappointed. I use a sprinkle of onion powder and garlic salt, and then a sprinkle of bread crumbs before I add the lime and butter. Easy, healthy, and delicious!!

Simple and delicious; what more could you ask for in a week night dinner. I served it with sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, carrot & red onion and rice pilaf.

Simply delicious.... I used only half of the butter it asked for to lower the calories and it still had PLENTY of flavor.

Tasty and easy. I used lemon juice and zest as that is what I had. If you season both sides, be careful with seasoning, as mine was almost too salty. I added panko crumbs and melted the butter to drizzle over the top. I cooked mine for about 20 minutes.

This dish is so easy to make. I love that you don't have to dirty any pans. I just prop it in the oven pan, season, and cook! I usually make this on weeknights because it's so easy and quick to make.
