Homerun! My wife was planning to make this fish for dinner - she got busy and asked me if I could do it. YIKES! Found this recipe - could not have been easier, could not have been faster, could not have been TASTIER.
PS Did not have the lime - used a lemon instead - still great!

very easy to make. never knew a little lime zest and lime juice could make such a difference.
seasoned both sides of the fillet, cooked for abut 15 minutes and came out delicious

Wonderfully easy. I use a little garlic salt and some onion powder instead of salt and pepper. These are perfect!

so much about this is baffling: the fact that there are 7 pages of reviews, ALL of which are the same reviews. the fact that the fish in the episode is called "tilapia with GARLIC & lime" yet there's not only no mention in the recipe on this site, but i seem to be only person who noticed it.
no wonder so many people doctored the recipe from what is printed here. it's not what was prepared on the show.
