My 7 year old is a very picky eater. I made him this dish and he ate 5 pieces of fish and asked if I would make it again tomorrow. Thank you

Very easy and wonderfully delicious. I used an herb butter I make and keep in the freezer, and also sprinkled fish with panko bread crumbs before baking. Can't wait to try with flounder -

I added Mrs.Dash Extra Spicy to this dish and it was awesome. Gave it that little extra kick that it needed. My husband and daughter love it.

I switched this up and used blackened seasoning instead of the recommended spices. Wife said this was the best recipie I've ever cooked!

The fish was pretty bland. I used Emeril's Essence to season the filets before baking, as well as the rest of ingredients. It wasn't bad but I don't know if I'd make this again. Sandra Lee has a recipe for Pan Fried Tilapia and it has much more flavor. On the flip side, this is a pretty healthful meal.

I made this with Garlic and Olive Oil Couscous for my boyfriend. He LOOOOOOOOVED it! I'm not a big fish eater but this is definitely a recipe I'll be using again.

This recipe is good but not great. I used lemon instead of lime (it was on hand but it still didn't have too much flavor. It was simple to make and healthy, maybe next time I would try adding some fresh herbs for some extra flavor.

making this for the second time around tonight because it was that wonderful, my hubby is not a fish person and he liked this dish enough to have it again...that's saying a lot! I made it with lemon not lime and followed another person's suggestion to add breadcrumbs and capers...thanks
