This is a great dish for the summer. The lime flavor is so refreshing. The lime zest and juice is a nice complement to the salt and pepper. I added a little garlic powder to give it a little more kick. It was perfect. Thanks Paula and Bobby for a great dish.

I added a touch of Emeril's Essence for extra flavor. Wow, really tasty and so easy to make.

I was tired of the usual lemon seasoning, so I decided to try something new and I'm so glad that I did. This was such a refreshing change. It's a very simple recipe and yet it's so good. Enjoy!

Made this last night for dinner after a long day at work and it was super fast and so good! I used lemon since it was what I had on hand. Baked it in a dish not a cast iron since I do not have one, so it took a few extra minutes but still turned out perfect. Even my boyfriend loved it. Will make it again for sure since it was so simple and yummy!

To "Kim" seems like the baking sheet is for patting fish dry and seasoning. Directions state to add fish to pan..so not sure what is missing in the recipe? Please don't LOOK for mistakes...have to use some common sense when reading simple directions. This is about the easiest way to cook this kind of fish...fresh & fast!! Usually use lemon but will try with limes next time!!

This recipe begins with a "cast iron skillet" and then refers to a baking sheet. As usual, Paula, the show is better than the written recipes. Always seems something "important" is missing.

I love this recipe because it is so healthy. I just use some PAM spray to coat the grill plan and I eat my fish over a bed of fresh romaine. Excellent!

This was really delicious and easy to make but I dipped the fish in cooled melted butter and rolled in a little italian breadcrumbs before baking to add some flavor and texture. The lime really makes the fish taste fresh and lively. I will make this often as my kids love this fish.

Nice and easy recipes, but a little lacking in flavor. Will try to add more seasoning ingredients next time.
