This was a really good but simple recipe. However, I changed some things around...I made this with lemon juice instead of lime juice, and I added capers, which I really think made the dish!

The first time I made this it was great...but I felt it was missing something...this time I added a little garlic and wine seasoning and it is perfect!

I needed a quick and easy recipe for baking tilapia for dinner and found this. It is really simple but it has a lot of flavor.

This was one of the simplest, yet satisfying fish meals I have made in a long time. And my family, which includes two very picky eaters liked it very much! We will have this again in the future for sure!

This was a nice, easy dish to make that didn't need any fancy ingredients and it was super fast to make. I had the whole thing done in less than 15 minutes from prep to plate. Everyone, even the picky eaters loved it!

I'm a single mom of three, I work and go to school 3 nights a week so cooking is not something I have alot of time for. My mother gave me this recipe and it was quick and tasted awesome. This is a meal I could see myself making regularly.. Thank you:

I used lemon and lemon zest because I didn't have anything else, and it turned out great. Just remember to dial back on the salt a bit because butter is salty too! I forgot... but it was still good. Not like... terrific, but good for a quick meal.

Have made this 2 or 3 times already. Since I live in a beach city, I have fish or some kind of sea food about 3 times a week. This was especially easy a very tasty. Yum. The last time, I added a few capers and celantro for presentation. Good job Bobby. As one of our restaurants says on their sign, "Eat More Fish".
