We have tilapia once a week. Finally, a recipe that is simple, quick, and only requires a few ingredients. Paired deliciously with a Viogner.

i really wasnt fond of this dish, but i think it has more to do with the tilapia than the preparation--i will try the lime treatment with salmon.

Like some of the other posters, I am not an extreme fish lover but the lime zest and juice made the tilapia awesome. It was also so easy to prepare. After we ate it, my family and I were already looking forward to the next time. This is why I love Paula's recipes. They're easy to make, taste great, don't cost a fortune to make and I don't have to buy a lot of special ingredients that I can't use in other recipes. Just good food.

Easy, yummy & healthy -- can't beat that. And fast! Added store-bought pico de gallo on the side. Delish.

This was my first time cooking any fish and I found it an easy and delicious recipe. It would also be easy to alter it by adding your own touch. I added breadcrumbs over the lime this time. Next time I'm going to try some tomatoes and fresh cilantro.

This is so quick and easy and healthy! I thought the flavor was good. Not worthy of 5 stars because it needed a little more flavor to it! I will keep this recipe on hand for a quick weeknight dish.

We made everything in this episode except the fruit when entertaining our neighbors. My only substitutions were dried parsley instead of fresh, since I forgot to pick that up at the market, and a butter substitute. We, too, are folks who don't like "fishy" fish, and everyone enjoyed all the dishes - even our two- and three-year old children! This meal is definitely a winner, though I may try adding some of the suggested ingredients to the rice the next time I make this.

I never really learned to cook fish over the years, just started eating fish about 10 yrs ago myself. This was so easy, simply delicious. Any one could make it.

Super quick and easy. I didn't have a grater so I left the zest out and it still turned out flaky and not fishy at all.
