I lined a pan with foil and omitted the butter cooking spray and the butter, since, as much as I love Paula, I just didn't find them necessary. I'm sure they would have contributed a lot of flavor though. A lemon's worth of juice and zest is plenty, and the fish came out very, very moist. Served with some brown rice and a black bean/corn salad, this turned into a healthy and delicious meal. Thanks Paula! :D

I didn't have lime, but did have lemon so substituted. This fish was so flaky and good. I normally don't like fish, but this recipe could definitely change my mind. It's an excellent dish!

I made the rice and fish from this show for a date. He said that he didn't eat much fish. For days after all he talked about was how good this meal was.
Thank You for the easy, healthy and economical meal.

This is one of my go-to recipes since I always have the ingredients on hand. If you really want to kick it up a notch for when company goes over, spread the seasoned fillets with a little yellow mustard and then roll them in some panko breadcrumbs. Then simply melt the butter and pour it over the fillets before placing them in the oven. I don't have a cast iron pan so I just sprayed a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and put it in the oven to get really hot before adding the fish. Worked great!! Also, for the person who said the fish was bitter, I think you might have zested the lime a tad too far so you got a little pith in there. Next time, try only zesting it until the lime looks pale green. Trust me, this dish is worth a second try!

I loved the 'zing' and flavor the lime gave the fish. Though I live on the Gulf Coast, I don't like fish to taste fishy. I love the texture of fish however. I was really proud of Bobby admitting that he didn't care for 'fishy tasting fish'. We are not alone! I'm going to try the lime with other types of fish. Good job Bobby!

Really easy to make and the flavor from the lime zest and juice was delicious. My kids asked for seconds. I definately recommend this recipe.

I tried the almond rice pilaf along with the tilapia as appeared on the show. The rice was quite good but I did not care for the tilapia. Found the lime overwhelming and way too bitter with the zest and the juice. Waste of good fish at our house.

The lime was a nice change up from the usual lemon pepper. I didn't have the cast iron pan but the fish was great cooked on a cookie sheet. I made the carrot and squah recipe also. It was really good together!
