Super easy and fast. I prefer lemon and it worked really well.

This recipe was so easy to prepare and so tasty. You're right that the lime isn't overwhelming. It makes the tilapia so fresh tasting. Love, love love this recipe and will definitely fix it over and over again. Thanks!

Yum! We rarely eat fish and when we do, I have to hear it from my 11 yo daughter. But now, we eat this quick, easy and delicious dish every week because my daughter and I love it!

This was great!!! The fish was moist and the sauce delicate. I used lemon instead of lime and it was fabulous. I served it with couscous and roasted root vegetables. It passed the family taste test with flying colors. Thanks Bobby for such a simple yet succulent dish.

This is the BEST fish I have EVER made!! SOOOO easy and SOOOOO good! I put it on top of some sautéed spinach and we thought we were fine dining. Really, I couldn't believe I made it!! Bobby, you may be my new favorite!!

Easy, delicious and low cal. What more could you ask for? I used olive oil instead of butter because my husband has high cholesterol and it was still delicious. This is a definite keeper and go-to on a busy week night.

Excellent dish to start the new year healthy with. Family loved it!!!! I cooked the tilapia in a glass baking dish and in an iron skillet. Both turned out delicious, however, the iron skillet gave the tilapia a stronger richer flavor over baking in a glass baking dish.
