I have to say that I agree with the other reviews in saying that this was a surprisingly tasty dishes given its simplicity. Based on some of the reviews, I cut back on the lime which I think was a mistake. I loved the zip the lime added and next time will definitely follow the recipe to the letter. I was looking for a good baked tilapia recipe and I must say that my husband LOVED it also. This is definitely a keeper.

I followed the recipe exactly and used the tilapia for fish tacos. They were amazing! It's a very simple and delicious recipe. I used warm corn tortillas, mango salsa, chopped cilantro and onion, and a spicey sour cream with cayenne pepper, tobasco, and lime juice. I could stop eating them.

Very easy to make and turns out delicious! I thought the lime taste was a bit too much so next time I'll put even less lime juice on it (I used half a lime this time around. The lime zest and butter make this dish smell so pleasant throughout the kitchen!

Super simple to make and full of flavor! I didn't use the cast iron, instead I just used a baking dish and the fish still turned out great. I will definitely make this recipe again :

Looking for a recipe for tilapia I stumbled upon this one and made a couple of variations: small key limes instead of regular limes and baking time of 25 minutes. DELICIOUS! I served it with cumin rice flavored with lime juice! Just perfect! I posted my variation on BeyondPasta

Very good. I am always challenged cooking fish and had one lime in the refrigerator and not much else by way of ingredients. Couldn't believe my luck in finding this tasty, easy recipe. Didn't have recommended cooking spray, just rubbed pan with butter.

Loved it! I just made it in my toaster oven! Had some corn tortillas and pepper jack in the fridge. Deeeelish thrown together fish tacos! Go with what you got! right?

I am not a big "fish" fan; however, we had some tilapia so I decided to search the site for a baked tilapia recipe. This one was simple, yet looked like it would be very flavorful with the lime juice.

I went as little off course and mixed the lime juice, salt and cracked black peppercorn with a little bit of canola oil to make a marinade which I let the fish soak in for roughly two hours. I was thoroughly pleased with the results. The fish had a delicious hint of lime in every bite.

I plan on making this recipe the next time I have tilapia.

I just made this for dinner tonight with very little expectation. How good could it be with only a couple of ingredients and 12 minutes in the oven? Answer: Sensational! I can't get over that dinner was prepared and on the table in 15-20 minutes! It is a definite keeper!
