This Potato salad was delicious! It was a hit with my family. My son who is 8 suggested we make this and were very pleased.

This potato salad is so scrumptious!!! The element of celery with the potato mixed with keilbasa is fabulous. They are a wonderful blend with a mild taste of the dijon.

Delicious! I've never made potato salad before and this recipe was very easy to follow. That being said, I actually didn't have a few ingredients, so I improvised using white wine vinegar, stone ground Dijon mustard, a red onion, bacon, and even replaced a little of the EVOO in the dressing with leftover bacon grease. Yum! I also added a touch of cumin to round it all off.

great stuff! we used turkey sausage because we bought the wrong thing but it still turned out good. so simple & easy to make. at first, we didn't think we had enough dressing but it was so tangy that it was plenty. this recipe is definitely a keeper!

Didn't really like it - I think bacon would have been a way better option than the kielbasa as some of the other reviews suggested. Also , for me potato salad needs eggs.

Delicious! I prefer a vinegar-based potato salad, and this one was perfect. The sausage adds a nice texture and flavor. Celery adds a nice crunch. Will definitely serve again. Also perfect to bring as a summer side-dish to a party.

Fantastic! I made this for a BBQ where we had a couple people that don't eat mayo. The potato salad was a hit!......especially with the guys. This was easy to make, inexpensive and super yummy. I love a dish that you don't have to worry about setting out in the sun as well. Highly recommend and I will definitely be making it again and again. Thanks Paula!
