    I made this recipe for my husband and his co-workers and they LOVED it!! I substituted bacon instead of using kielbasa and also added garlic salt instead of minced garlic. Wish I made a bigger helping because those Marines sure devoured it all up!

    I took this dish to a Sunday School Ladies Salad Supper. I doubled the recipe, and there was not a morsel left. I had to print out the recipe to share. This is a keeper!

    I've twice taken it to covered dish dinners, and twice the dish was licked clean. No joking, its one of the best dressings I've ever had on potato salad.

    Best potato salad i've ever had. I make it a day in advance and serve it chilled. I double the red wine vinegar and the sausage. My family always asks for more!

    Yea, I love the skins too, BUT, the skins contain up to 100 TOXIC COMPOUNDS----" glycoalkaloids" . It doesn't matter to OLD people like you, BUT KIDS SHOULD NOT EAT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
