As others have noted, I left out the seasoning salt because I didn't have any and I thought it was still salty. It was a great last minute recipe, easy and using ingredients on hand. My husband thought it was good, but just meat sauce with macaroni instead of spaghetti. Will make again with less salt.

I had read the reviews before I made the dish re: sodium content. I fed seven seventeen year old boys - who happen to be very picky. I loved it and so did they. I reduced the amount of soy sauce to teaspoonfuls, I didn't add the seasoned salt and added a tad more (approx. 1/2 cup of elbow macaroni than called for. I asked the boys if I should make it again and they said - "absolutely."

This would have been really good, except for the astronomical amount of salt it included. I am not sure why I didn't use my common sense, besides the fact that Paula has never led me wrong before. I would recommend teaspoons of the salt rather than the tablespoons it recommends. Maybe it is a typo? It would have been VERY good though.

I was just out on the web this last week looking for a good recipe for goulash, to no avail.

Saw Paula's show and licked my lips when I saw that bowl of goulash. What timing! I made it for dinner tonight and couldn't stop eating it! It made the house smell so good.

I made this today because I knew the family would be eating at various times. It was great to just heat up when they had the chance. I loved it! I did not use the seasoning salt simply because I didn't have any and it came out great! Can't wait to make it for a pot-luck!
