This was fabulous. And so easy to make, the entire meal was made in one pot! My family is not the easiest to please, being very fussy when it comes to trying something new. They loved it! My husband even took it to work for lunch! There was even enough left over for me to share with a friend and her husband. Her husband went back for seconds. They enjoyed it so much that she now has the receipe and plans on making it. I will be making this one again and again.

I MADE THIS FOR MY FAMILY, MY KIDS AND HUSBAND LOVED IT. IT SMELLED SO GOOD THEY KEPT LIFTING THE LID TO SMELL AND SNEEK A TASTE. WE WILL BE MAKING THIS AT LEAST 1X PER MO. I BROUGHT SOME OF THE LEFTOVERS TO WORK AND EVERYONE PRINTED THE RECIPE SO THEY COULD MAKE IT FOR THEIR FAMILYS TOO.

I tried this recipe on a whim, but added the entire box of macaroni because that's usually the part my family likes best. I was skeptical because as I tested it, something tasted too strong to me (bay leaves maybe. But when my finicky daughter ate 2 helpings & my husband raved to the hilt, I almost wish I wouldn't have shared half the batch with my father before everybody got home for dinner.

Everybody gave me the "thumbs-up" to make it again exactly the same way, bay leaves & all.

My husband and I loved this. I halved the recipe and it was plenty for us, otherwise, I did not change a thing. I have been looking for a recipe like this for a long time. Glad one finally lived up to it's billing!

My entire family really enjoyed this dish and it was a snap to make! I only gave it four stars due to the time that it took to make-- not exactly quick from start to finish. Everyone wanted seconds, though, from my 6-year-old daughter to my husband. Yum!

I FIXED THIS FOR SUPPER,INVITED MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY OVER FOR SUPPER AND STILL HAS ENOUGH LEFT FOR OUR LUNCH TOMORROW. VERY EASY TO FIX, TASTE OUT OF THIS WORLD. LOVED IT!!!!

I fixed this for supper and my grandsons, their father and their grandfather each had two helpings. This was very tasty and so quick and easy to fix.
