Good but way too much salt. We omitted the soy sauce and halved the salt and it was still too much. Next time think we we will stick to either just the soy sauce or just the house season.

This recipe although extremely familiar to the recipe my mom use to make still lacks something. and a good pinch of brown sugar rounds out the flavor. I don't know how anyone could eat this as the recipe calls for. Once something is over salted, there is no going back. Glad I omitted season salt and reduce Paula's seasoning mix.
I love the food network but some of the recipes I have encountered, the information given to us in the recipe is not as shown on TV and I have had toss out several costly meals. I

I have made this recipe many times, I have adjusted it to fit our taste, and use 1 lb of italian sausage with 1 lb of ground beef instead of the 2 lbs beef and 1 lb turkey. We call it Beefaroni, which is more fitting.

I love this dish. I have made it often, and will continue to do so. I follow the recipe exactly. I have brought this to covered dish gatherings, and am always asked for the recipe. Oh, and it freezes great. Thank you Paula and Bobby. This is a keeper.

I love this. My kitchen smells so good. Cooking sauce a little longer before adding pasta is a good idea. Yummy Thanks

Made this for dinner and we loved it. I did add bell pepper because I love it and it gave it just a little more flavor. This was simple to make and we will enjoy this again.

This recipe, is easy, classic, wholesome, comforting and full of flavor. It is also quickly adaptable to suit your tastes and that alone is terrific. I let simmer at least an hour and a half before adding pasta of choice. This is such a winner! No wonder it is Bobby's favorite. It is a favorite here, as well, time and time again without fail - the flavor and the comfort is found right in this pot!
