Salt issues? User error maybe? My family loved this, I did use sausage instead of ground turkey (the store was out its a keeper.

This recipe was AWESOME!!! It was easy to make with items that I normally keep in my home. I was hardy and will become a favorite, especially in the cooler months. We also have a monthly covered dish at our church and this recipe will be a great success.

I live in Bethlehem, Georgia. I am orginally from NJ. I love Paula and her son's recipes and/or shows. They has shown me over the years how much good food is in the south. Thanks!!!

I saw the show looked great so I made it the next night. My family loved it, even my 8 year old son and he is picky about what he eats. It was easy to prep and didn't take a lot of time.
    this recipe is a keeper.

This is an esay and tasty recipe. The salt criticism is hilarious becuase I suspect those who blame the recipe and not themselves did not carefully read that the one cup of salt mixture was not to be included in the goulash--only a tablespoon.

I read the reviews but Bobby was so convincing that I made it as directed. We were able to eat it but it was way too salty. I tossed the leftovers in the trash. I might make it again but I would cut the salt in half.

Paula, I cooked the Goulash and it was wonderful. I took your hints of not draining the fat and cooking in Cast Iron. Mercy...what a treat and delicious supper. Thank you so much for your time and effort, so that the viewers can recreate your wonderful dishes.

Pretty good...great for kids and elderly...fairly bland.

The salt debate? Definitly not a consideration...salt was perfect.

It's spaghetti made with elbow macaroni instead of spaghetti noodles. It's good, but nothing uniquely special. I omitted the House Seasoning due to the comments on the saltiness. I did sprinkle in some garlic powder and ground in some pepper though.
