WEE DOGGIE that's some good goulash!!! Like another person said it smelled good while cooking so I couldn't wait to taste it. My husband does most of the cooking, but this may just move me more into the rotation!!!

PHENOMENAL...I could not get enough to eat! The smell while cooking was amazing too! I only used 2 lbs hamburger, lighted up on my water & only did 2 cups, did a little more than 2 cups on the elbow noodles, a little less seasoning salt. I didn't cook for the whole 20 minutes once the elbow noodles were added b/c I was afraid they would be too soft. This was amazing & I had neighbors over for dinner & we all were in a food coma from eating so much!

The combination of all the herbs and spices just blended together perfectly. The recipe turned out to yield rather large results so make sure you're cooking it for a group of people, I ended up giving some to my mother and father in law, both of them loved it as well. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a different spin on traditional Goulash and as if the fantastic taste wasn't enough to make you want to try it, preparation and cooking is simple as can be.
Thank you Paula for a fantastic recipe that will stay in my recipe box for years to come.

This is one of my regular recipes because we love it. I did tweak it a bit by adding a beef bouillon cube and a small can of tomato paste. I also use penne pasta (and I use more than 2 cups because the elbow pasta seemed to get a little over cooked. We are having this tonight :

I have to say, I'm really impressed. I've been recently following a weekly menu plan for the first time. I thought it would be difficult and that I'd quickly lose interest. I've been using this website almost exclusively and every recipe has been not only fantastic, but practically fool proof! This recipe has been no different, and it's has been so easy! I put my own spin on this and again, you can't mess this one up.

Excellent, but I agree with previous comment on expanding the recipe to include how it was served. The photo looks fantastic!

Personally, I might back off a little on the Italian seasoning next time, but overall a very good dish. GREAT for kids! Will hold on to this one.

Fantastic!!! Loved this recipe. My kids all had thirds! I used turkey instead of beef and the kids and husband adored it!! Thanks Paula! You never disappoint!

This is a dish which has never disappointed. I tweaked it a little to suit my family's taste, but the flavor combination is right on. I also added a little sugar to take out a little of the tomato zing. It is a wonderful recipe for company as well, no one will be disappointed!
