    Very good and even better the next day. Made enough to freeze half for a second dinner, but everyone wanted seconds -- and there were still leftovers. I might try stirring in some tomato paste toward the end as I like a little thicker sauce.

    Good flavor and texture. It needs something more. I'd like to know the topping used for the big finish seen on the recipe photo. Sour cream? The recipe can be salty. I used canned tomatoes with no salt added and substituted table salt for sea salt.

    I made this for my husband and he liked the flavor but said it was too salty as recipe written, next time I will decrease the salt. My husband mom's recipe calls for green peppers, so next time I will add some green peppers as well.

    My boyfriend and I made Bobby's Goulash and LOVED it! I never liked goulash or wouldn't even try it, and I couldn't get enough of this recipe! My new favorite comfort food! I have told all my family and friends about it!
