This is great pudding! I made this for my family on a cool night and it was a perfect way to warm up. The recipe was very easy and I had everything I needed in my pantry, I did use raisin instead of cheeries. This pudding has a wonderful rich texture. This is a recipe that I know I will be serving for years.

Very, very easy recipe! Loved the texture of rice and the overall flavor. For me, I thought it was way too sweet. If you like rice pdding definitely make this rice pudding! Next time I will start with 1/4 to half can of the condensed milk and add slowly to get get the right sweetness for my taste. You can always add more...but ou can't take away. Love you, Paula!

I made this tonight, and it came out delicious. It took about an hour for my rice to cook up though, and I think I even mixed in the condensed milk a little early. I think an hour an thirty minutes is a better assumption than 30 minutes.

I have been trying for years to make a good rice pudding that was creamy and not dry. This is absolutely perfect! I love the cherries in it instead of raisins (althought you could do either and just add a little cinnamon. The orange peel gave it an absolutely wonderful taste! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, for a rice pudding that is finally like I remember my mom making!!!!

I just made this. It is sweet and creamy and delicious! Hands down - the best rice pudding I've ever had. I added a little more milk than water and I didnt add the orange zest or cherries because I didn't have any. I also added a little bit of unsalted butter. You HAVE to try this recipe... SOOO GOOD!

I haven't tried it , but I know I will love it. My husband loves rice pudding, so I will be trying this soon. Sounds absolutely delicious! I mean, how bad could it be with sweetened condensed milk? Haha. Thank you for the great recipes...... Oh yes, I love to watch Bobby and Paula cook together. The love they have for each other shows. Heart-warming...........

This is the best rice pudding ever! I did everything according to the recipe, but I didn't add orange zest. It still tasted awesome, and my two year old loved it, as did my whole family! I also carmelized some pecans in brown sugar and topped the rice pudding with it. Yummy! Definitely give this one a try.

I made the rice pudding according to the recipe. Too sweet. So cooked another cup and half rice and added this to the recipe. Better. Certainly easy.
